We will conduct pre-installation meetings with your company and all other sub-contractors that are involved.  Proper communication prior to delivery and installation is essential for a seamless and fluid project completion.
The dedicated Project Manager’s responsibilities will include:
• Direct communication with your company.
• Organization of installation teams with daily assignments and responsibilities.
• Verification of all product shipments delivered and received to ensure accuracy, on time and damage free material.
• Development of a working relationship with your company.
• Participate in all project meetings with Design, Sales Assistants and Furniture Specialists.
• Meet deadlines within contract guidelines.
• Notify your company of concerns, missing product, downtime and  labor issues.
• Ensure quality installation with specific regards to manufacturers recommendations.
• Maintain a high level of performance standards.
• Represent Transfer Enterprises, Inc. professionally and protect the interest of your
company
• Coordinate all necessary paperwork.
• Field verifications:  interior measurements, elevator accessibility, code requirements and dock availability and special field cuts
• Coordinate logistic moves with your company’s designated personnel.
• Communicate with and coordinate data and communication.
• Create accurate punchlist and manage completion to your company’s satisfaction.
